About The Class

For this class there are no set dates once you register, we will contact you to set a date and time.

This 2-hour firearms safety course covers a variety of topics to include, firearms safety, ammunition safety, safe storage laws, shooting fundamentals, and laws regarding the permissible use of firearms.

Because most people taking a court ordered safety class are prohibited from possessing and/or handling firearms until their case is resolved, students will not handle or discharge firearms during this course. Instead, students will watch the instructor demonstrations in the classroom.

To complete the course, students must:

Be present for the entire course.
Pass a written examination.
Upon course completion, students will be provided with a certificate of completion to provide to their attorney and/or court.

What you will need to bring for the course:

Valid Driver License or state issued ID
Note taking materials
Safe and positive attitude and an open mind

Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change or for whatever reason you may be unable to attend the class for which you have registered. We have determined that our class fees are non-refundable for any reason. We will, however, allow you to reschedule 1 time ONLY and participate in a future class at no charge if 72 hr notice has been given. If we have not received a minimum of 72 hr notice from you a $50.00 fee will be charged to reschedule per person. Please send us an email 72 hrs prior to missing a class to let us know the future date you like to attend. We will try to make sure we have a spot available. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE RE SCHEDULED. CLASSES MAY BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. IF A CLASS IS CANCELED BY IFC YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED ONLY TO ANOTHER CLASS ASAP NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. MAY BE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
